Ondermak Bun Divider Rounder is ideal for dividing and rounding the dough; designed for bakeries, caterings, patisseries, restaurants facilities for pizza and pastry products.  The powerful rounding motion and smooth operation ensure perfect round rolls every time. It is suitable to produce a variety of buns and rolls in the weight range of 50 - 120 grams, only available in the 25 piece per operation. This semi-automatic model combines high productivity with heavy duty solid construction with cast iron head, stainless steel blades, the polycarbonate plate, respecting to the food industry norms (CE certificated). The weight is variable by means of a weight control bar located at the top of the unit from 1 kg up to 3 kg. The machine is equipped with non-vibration feet.  The minimum effort is required by the operator, designed for easy to use and clean.
